General Terms

This document sets out the legal terms that apply to your use of the jet9 platform and all its services. "jet9", "we", "our", or "platform" refers to jet9 and all services and features associated with it.

"User", "you", or "member" refers to any person who visits the jet9 website, creates an account, or uses any of its services.

1.1 Acceptance of Terms

Account Registration & Eligibility

To open an account and use services on jet9, the following eligibility requirements must be met.

2.1 Minimum Age

For persons aged 21 and above only. If you are under 21, creating an account or using any service on jet9 is strictly prohibited. Valid identification (national ID card, passport, or driving licence) may be required for age verification.

2.2 One Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one account on jet9. If the same person creates multiple accounts (using the same name, address, email, phone number, or payment method), all accounts will be closed and deposited funds and bonuses may be forfeited.

2.3 Obligation to Provide Accurate Information

You must provide complete, truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Opening an account with false information is a direct breach of these terms and may result in the immediate closure of the account.

2.4 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. You are personally responsible for all activities carried out from your account. If you suspect unauthorised access, contact us immediately.

2.5 Prohibition on Account Transfer

A jet9 account is strictly personal. Selling, renting, transferring, or allowing a third party to use your account is strictly prohibited.

Age Verification & Responsible Gaming

3.1 Age Verification Process

jet9 may request valid identification to verify a user's age at any time. Withdrawal facilities may be restricted until verification is complete.

3.2 Responsible Gaming Commitment

3.3 Self-Exclusion & Limit Setting

Users may set their own deposit limits or betting limits, or temporarily suspend their account if they choose. Please contact our support team to use this feature.

Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

The following policies apply to deposits and withdrawals on jet9.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

jet9 currently supports the following payment methods:

• Mobile Banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay
• Bank Transfer: Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks

Payment methods other than those listed above are not accepted.

4.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 via all methods
• Minimum withdrawal: ৳500

4.3 Withdrawal Processing Time

jet9 generally processes withdrawal requests within 1 hour. However, this timeframe may be extended if identity verification or a security review is in progress.

4.4 Withdrawal via Same Method

Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawal requests via a different method may be declined for security reasons.

4.5 Withdrawal Before Bonus Wagering is Complete

A withdrawal cannot be initiated if the wagering requirement of an active bonus has not been met. Requesting a withdrawal may result in the forfeiture of any incomplete bonus.

4.6 Currency

All transactions on jet9 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

Bonus & Promotion Terms

Any bonus or promotion available on jet9 is subject to the following terms and conditions.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members can receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000.

• Example: ৳1,000 deposited → ৳2,000 bonus → total balance ৳3,000
• Example: ৳10,000 deposited → ৳8,000 bonus → total balance ৳18,000 (bonus will not exceed ৳8,000)

5.2 Wagering Requirement

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 10x the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount.

• Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = the bonus becomes withdrawable after ৳20,000 in total bets

5.3 Bonus Usage Terms

• Each member is entitled to the welcome bonus once only
• There may be a specific time limit for claiming a bonus — it must be used within the period stated on the offer page
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
• If the bonus terms are not met and a withdrawal is requested, the bonus will be considered void

5.4 Promotion Abuse

If jet9 determines that a user is claiming bonus benefits in a coordinated or improper manner, jet9 reserves the right to cancel the relevant bonus and review the account.

5.5 VIP Program

jet9 has a five-tier VIP program:

• Bronze: up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum: up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Advancement to a higher tier is based on regular play history and activity.

Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Gaming Rules

All games on the jet9 platform are operated under fair play principles. Game outcomes are determined through Random Number Generator (RNG) technology, which is completely impartial and unpredictable.

6.2 Sports Betting

Betting is available on cricket, football, kabaddi, and various other sports. For betting:

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled (exception: if the event is cancelled by jet9)
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake will be refunded
• jet9 reserves the right to cancel bets placed at incorrect odds

6.3 Game Errors & Technical Issues

If a technical error in any game or software results in an abnormal win or outcome, jet9 reserves the right to void that round and refund the original stake.

6.4 Fraud & System Exploitation Prohibited

Exploiting software errors, using bots, collusion, scripting, or gaining an advantage through any improper method is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed and all winnings forfeited.

6.5 Currency & Balance

All gaming transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Cash balance and bonus balance will be displayed separately. Bonus balance cannot be withdrawn separately before the wagering requirement is met.

Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 jet9's Rights

jet9 may temporarily suspend or permanently close any account for the following reasons:

• Creating an account with false information
• Operating multiple accounts
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Fraud, system exploitation, or improper activity
• Suspicion of money laundering or participation in illegal activities
• Failure to complete age verification
• Security-related concerns

7.2 Balance Upon Account Closure

If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, all bonuses and associated winnings will be forfeited. However, if the closure is for a legitimate reason, the original deposited amount will be returned subject to verification.

7.3 User's Right to Close Account

You may request closure of your jet9 account at any time. All valid withdrawals should be completed before making the request. jet9 will consider any request to reopen a closed account subject to verification.

Privacy & Data Protection

jet9 places the highest importance on the privacy of its users' personal information.

8.1 Data Collection & Use

Personal information collected during registration and use will only be used for service delivery, identity verification, fraud prevention, and customer support.

8.2 Data Sharing

jet9 will never sell or share a user's personal information with third parties except where required by legal obligation or covered by an agreement with that third party.

Technical Issues & Liability

9.1 Service Unavailability

jet9 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or limit services due to server maintenance, technical upgrades, or unavoidable circumstances. jet9 is not liable for any loss caused by such interruptions.

9.2 Internet Connection

If any game or bet is left incomplete due to a user's internet disconnection, the data recorded on jet9's servers will be considered final.

9.3 Limitation of Liability

Use of the jet9 platform is entirely at the user's own risk. In no event shall jet9's maximum liability for any financial loss, data loss, or service disruption exceed the amount of the principal deposit in the relevant account.

9.4 Third-Party Software

The game software used on jet9 (including Pragmatic Play, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Evolution Gaming, Microgaming, NetEnt, Ezugi, and other providers) is supplied by third parties. jet9's liability for any errors in this software is limited.

Changes to Terms & Contact

10.1 Right to Amend Terms
